I wanted to apply to a Swedish school just to see if they would like me, but decided to wait another year. The assignment was THE OTHER, a philosophical concept that describes how the EGO constructs individuals who differ from oneself ( THE SAME ) as dissimilar and divergent. I chose to present this theme in the form of a book cover from the author Simone De Beauvoir who says: A male-dominated culture treats women as THE OTHER in a relation to men. See you next year Sweden, I guess..
